		<description>Good question oscarc: SeaGen has said that the turbines will turn too slowly to effect marine life (10-15 revolutions per minute), but the BBC reports that the area is a breeding ground for seals and so a team of scientists will still be monitoring the operation to see  how it effects wildlife.</description>
