Mr. Farris is well known for stretching the truth. He has no facility in operation in Florida and his contract with the city of Tallahassee has been cancelled. He has pulled/cancelled permits for his planned Port St Joe/Gulf County facility, and his Liberty County and Leon County facilities just never got off the ground, due to citizen opposition. You might want to check out Mr. Farris' past. Just google "S. Glenn Farris" and "New york stock exchange" and you'll find that he used to be a stock broker, but his license was taken away by the NYSE for taking money from his own father, and never bothered to pay it back. No doubt this interviewer was taken in by Mr. Farris' charm...but then he's perfected that charm and used it to garner some $67M for a biomass facility ($37M of it your tax money) in Burlington, VT that couldn't get that syngas clean enough to use, so the gasification part of the plant unceremoniously closed down, leaving the town in debt. Mr. Farris has not been successful in developing his big plans, in fact, he's been an utter failure. Don't let him sucker you or your community in on his big plans. He merely wants million$ in subsidies and grants.
